Causes of wrinkles
1. The pipe bears too much clamping force of the guide template, so the guide template should be removed a little bit, or the tube
If the child bears too much clamping force of the guide template, the front guide template should be moved a little bit, and then the slope of the rear guide mold should be adjusted a little;
2. The heart baseball may have to be assembled with a smaller pitch (that is, the distance between the two balls of the heart baseball should be closer);
3. The raw material of the pipe is too soft or inappropriate, and there are deep scratches in the entire bending area and the rear guide mold area.
Countermeasures:
1. Increase the inclination of the rear guide mold (that is, the flat end of the rear guide mold cannot touch the tube, and it needs to leave about 0.8~1.5m/m);
2. Use a better lubricant.
