Is the saw blade the same as the high-speed steel saw blade? The argument is the same, but there is a certain difference in terms of usability. When you buy the saw blade, you must distinguish it separately, because there are more types of saw blades. High speed steel saw blade is one of the saw blades, and it is also a better kind of saw blade, and it is used a lot.   Why do so many people choose high-speed hacksaw blades?

Is there any difference between high speed hacksaw blades and other saw blades? The editor answered affirmatively. Dongguan Shatian Jieli Knife Saws has been specializing in the production of high-speed steel saw blades for many years. I have some understanding of saw blades and can answer your questions casually. Not much to say, the following editor will talk about specific classifications.

High-speed steel saw blade is one of the saw blades.

And high-speed steel saw blades are divided into ordinary high-speed steel and high-performance high-speed steel. Let's look down:   What is high-speed steel?   High-speed steel is a high-alloy steel containing a large amount of carbon (C), tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), vanadium (V) and other elements, and has high thermal hardness after heat treatment. When the cutting temperature is higher than 600°C, the hardness still does not decrease significantly. Powder high-speed steel molds can be divided into ordinary powder high-speed steel molds and high-performance high-speed steel according to chemical composition, and can be divided into smelted high-speed steel and powder metallurgy high-speed steel according to the manufacturing process. The domestic manufacturing process is: smelting, and the foreign manufacturing process is: powder metallurgy.    One, ordinary high-speed steel

High-speed steel is the main material for manufacturing tools with complex shapes and difficult to grind. Ordinary high-speed steel can meet general needs. There are two common common high-speed steels, tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel and tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel. 90% of the current market is tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel.   1, tungsten high-speed steel

The typical grade is w18Cr4V, the heat treatment hardness can reach 63-66HRC, the bending strength can reach 3500MPa, the grindability is good, but the toughness is poor, it is easy to break and burst. Another grade of ordinary high-speed steel is W9Mo3Cr4V (no international grade, commonly known as W9 in China), which is a new variety developed in China in recent years. 2, tungsten-molybdenum series high-speed steel

The typical brand is W6Mo5Cr4V2 (American brand M2, commonly known as W6 in China), which replaces tungsten high-speed steel, and has a series of advantages such as fine carbide distribution, high wear resistance, and low cost. The heat treatment hardness is the same as above, the bending strength reaches 4700MPa, and the toughness and thermoplasticity are 50% higher than that of w18Cr4V. It is commonly used in the manufacture of various tools, such as drills, taps, milling cutters, reamers, broaches, gear cutters, etc., which can meet the requirements of processing general engineering materials, but its decarburization sensitivity is slightly stronger. Another grade of ordinary high-speed steel is W5Mo2Cr4V (no international grade, commonly known as W5 in China), which is a new variety developed in 2006. The strength and thermoplasticity are slightly lower than that of W9Mo3Cr4V, and the hardness is HRC62-63. It is compatible with toughness, easy to roll and forge, wide range of heat treatment process, low decarburization sensitivity, and lower cost.   Saw blades of the above three grades are recommended to use tensile strength (500N/mm2), such as iron, aluminum, copper, etc.    2. High-performance high-speed steel

High-performance high-speed steel has better hardness and hot-hardness. This is a new variety developed by changing the chemical composition of high-speed steel and improving performance. It has higher hardness and hot hardness.

When the cutting temperature reaches 650 degrees Celsius, the hardness can still be maintained above 60HRC, and the durability is 1.5-3 times that of ordinary high-speed steel. It is suitable for manufacturing and processing high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, Tools for difficult-to-machine materials such as high-strength steel. There are four main varieties, namely high-carbon high-speed steel, high-vanadium high-speed steel, cobalt-containing high-speed steel and aluminum high-speed steel. 1, high-speed steel containing aluminum grades are W6Mo5Cr4V2 (no international grades, commonly known as W6+aluminum in China). Because of the 1.5% aluminum content, the wear resistance is greatly improved, but the grindability becomes worse. The use and development of aluminum-containing high-speed steel will have greater market space.

As above, it is recommended to use aluminum-containing high-speed steel saw blades with cutting tensile strength (800N/mm2), for example: iron aluminum copper/stainless steel. 2 high speed steel containing cobalt

A grades are W6Mo5Cr4VCo5 (American grade M35, commonly known as W6+cobalt in China). B, the brand is W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 (American brand M42).

C High-alloy steel with elements such as tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), vanadium (V), etc., has high thermal hardness after heat treatment volume_up content_copy share
