3. Automatic error and fault detection function, displayed on the screen for easy troubleshooting.
4. All processing data is input via the touchscreen. Compensation values, speeds, and demolding clearances can be set for each bend due to variations in material.
5. Each bend on the same pipe can be programmed with 5 action sequences and 10 speed settings for customized operation, improving efficiency and reducing pipe interference points.
6. The touchscreen can switch between Chinese and English; other languages can be customized upon request.
7. Feeding methods can be selected as direct or clamp feeding, automatically converting XYZ coordinates to YBC processing values.
8. The electrical control system is equipped with a heat exchanger for automatic cooling, ensuring system lifespan. 9. The machine is equipped with an automatic oil lubrication system, which facilitates maintenance and extends the equipment’s service life.
10. The feeding trolley’s infeed position, safety device, digital model interference position, and guide mold interference position can be manually fine-tuned and automatically memorized, eliminating losses due to human measurement errors and machine collisions.
11. The feeding shaft automatically detects movement before operation to avoid collisions with the machine.
12. During actual bending, the decomposed action can be selected to observe interference points, modify the work, and improve efficiency.
