Multi-Stations Forming
1. The SG120 Three-Station Tube Shrinking Machine is designed for heavy-duty end-forming of large-diameter metal tubes such as steel, copper, and aluminum. With its three-station configuration, it enables efficient multi-process operations, improving productivity in medium to large-scale manufacturing.
2. The machine is equipped with a double hydraulic clamping cylinder system, providing stronger and more stable clamping force during operation. Combined with a hydraulic-driven shrinking system, it ensures precise and consistent tube end forming, even for thick-walled pipes.
3. Powered by an 18.5kW hydraulic motor and 53L oil pump, the machine operates under a high working pressure of 16MPa. It supports long tube processing up to 6 meters, and the main cylinder stroke can be extended to meet various production requirements.
4. The system features a servo motor with a reducer for mold changing, improving efficiency and positioning accuracy. With a water cooling system and a robust machine structure, it ensures continuous operation, low vibration, and long service life, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
